Coin detection

The Mach 6 and Mach 9 can also be equipped with the coin detection option, using the Talaris patented sensor technology. This coin system detects for suspect counterfeit and intrusive coins for every single coin it processes. Coin detection increases accountability whilst maintaining the highest degree of accuracy.

Superior design for enhanced productivity

The Talaris patented Figure 8 sorting design provides optimal coin counting at speeds between 1,500 to 6,000 coins per minute (CPM).
The Figure 8 design technique aligns coins into a single row on a single layer with two overlapping sorting discs rotating in opposite directions. This design ensures an accurate and reliable count with less tendency to jam as the coins are held firmly in place and transported in a controlled manner.

Using the unique Figure 8 system results in the Mach Series successfully combining accuracy and reliability at high-speeds and at all processing levels.

Management reporting tools for streamlined communications

The Mach Series products are available with options that allow the operator to gather information they need for effective communications. Management Information Control System (MICS) provides three levels of memory and allows other media, such as cheques, vouchers or bulk coin, to be added to the count.
The Mach Series product range can also be interfaced with printers or PCs for additional reporting consolidation or documentation. Notes can be entered manually or automatically transferred if a note counter is interfaced, ensuring a comprehensive audit trail.

Designed for versatility

The Mach Series coin processors include floor models with built-in work stations and portable models that can be easily transported between locations. The patented quick release bag attachments make bag changes simple, while the battery back-up feature protects valuable data in case of power outage.
